1. Who is Dr. Cammy?
Dr. Cammy is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a doctorate degree in
human development and family studies. She has worked for over a decade with
high-achieving, successful people who want to finally enjoy their lives after years of hard work. Dr. Cammy earned a fellowship in medical family therapy and focuses on how our minds and bodies are intricately connected, which can make or break their well-being and quality of life. Dr. Cammy is an EMDR trained trauma therapist.
2. Should I follow a schedule to stay on track?
90 Days to Calm is a self-paced course with originally created
modules. Modules include original videos, resources, and assignments. We will have real-time accountability. Each module contains originally created videos on the
focus topic — for example, one module focuses on Habit Development. I created a video on habit development for you to watch as well as assignments and resources.
3. How much time do I need to be able to commit to succeed?
I would estimate 30-45 minutes a week plus practicing the skills in your real life!
4. How are the coaching calls structured?
Each person designs a coaching program with Dr. Cammy that reflects their needs, goals, and barriers.
